“Raining about water”
Rain falls at the Walk about Water event in Callicoon, NY on April 18th. WALK ABOUT WATER is a 90 mile walk by 5 women from the Neversink Reservoir, NY to Salt Springs State Park, PA in an effort to raise awareness about the dangers our water sources are facing. Needless to say… the weather graced us in Callicoon by providing some of that blessed water from the sky. Though growing chilly… a devoted group withstood the weather and escorted the team of five from the Delaware Youth Center to the bridge leading into Pennsylvania.

About diamondcutimages
DCI works in many aspects of Photography, from events and portraits, to animals and nature. We also work as an advocate in environmental conservation and for the victimized innocent of the world. Contributing a portion of our profits toward a number of global issues (from the care and education of orphans to the liberation of girls from indentured servitude) we hope to improve the lives of those who do not have the means to help theirselves in the US and in developing countries. DCI also contributes funds to nature conservation, wildlife preservation, the upkeep of animal shelters and care of it's temporary residents, and toward the veterinary expenses involved in vaccinating and spaying/neutering homeless animals in various countries.
Aside from monetary donation, DCI is also involved in a number of projects in which we use our resourses and skills to benefit others, such as volunteering in local shelters by providing professional portraits sessions to aid in the adoption process and even basic animal care for the homeless animals, and also many projects involving the health and well being of less fortunante children and adults worldwide.
